Leviticus 25:23 Alternative Fund, Inc., located in Yonkers, NY, is a community development revolving loan fund founded in 1983 by church groups in the New York metropolitan area. The Fund is set up as a not-for-profit membership corporation. Our mission is to provide a vehicle through which our Members and Associate Members may invest a portion of their assets in projects, which benefit low-income communities. We use our investor’s funds to provide loans for the development of affordable housing and community facilities, especially child care centers in low-income neighborhoods. Leviticus Fund serves low-income communities throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
